Indulge in the taste of Spain with our mouthwatering Spanish tortilla recipe. Enjoy layers of potatoes and eggs, for a truly delightful dish.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Medium Potatoes

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Red Pepper

  • 6 Eggs

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • Salt & Pepper

Method:
  • Step 1

    Peel your potato and slice them into slabs then dice your onion and pepper.

  • Step 2

    Heat some oil in a pan and fry your potatoes for 6 mins until softened.

  • Step 3

    Then add your pepper and onions to the pan and cook for a further 5 mins. About half way through, mix through your paprika.

  • Step 4

    Crack and whisk your eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then pour your egg mix into your pan and cook on a low heat for 5 mins.

  • Step 5

    During this time, run a spatula around the edges to ensure the egg doesn’t stick. Once the egg is mostly cooked, flip the tortilla carefully using a plate. Cook for a further 2-3 mins until the tortilla is cooked through.

  • Step 6

    Once cooked, plate it up and cut into slices, now dig in!
