Don’t tell your dietitian! We’re not promising these are good for you but we are promising you’ll love them. Why would you ever have plain pancakes again?
160g Flour
30g Cocoa powder
2 Tsp Baking powder
2 Eggs
280ml Milk
1 Pack Oreos
Firstly crumble/smash your oreos until there’s no big chunks left (Save 2 or 3 for topping later).
Now add all your ingredients into a big mixing bowl and begin to stir until everything is combined and becomes a thick paste.
Now heat your frying pan to a high heat add a drizzle of oil and one by one cook your pancake on either side for 1 minute.
When it comes to serving, sprinkle your saved oreos and our recommendation is serving with ice cream or chocolate spread and banana.
