2 Tins Chopped tomatoes
100ml Red wine

Mince your garlic and dice your onion. Then get a bowl and combine flour, beef, salt and pepper.
Heat up a pan with some oil and fry your beef for 2-3 minutes so it’s starting to brown on all sides, once brown set aside for later.
Fry off your onions for 2 minutes then add your garlic and tomato puree stir until everything has been combined.
Now add your beef along with all of your paprika, salt and pepper (this will make your dish smell super fragrant). Make sure to stir to combine flavours and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Pour your tinned tomatoes, wine, beef stock and honey stir through and put in the oven for 3 hours. During the cooking process take the pot out of the oven and stir so nothing sticks 2 times.
Your goulash should now be formed so before you take it out the oven chop the peppers. Put your peppers into the pot stir and allow it to cook for a further 30 minutes.
Take out the oven and stir in your parsley and sour cream to serve.
Now dig in!
